Consulting was founded in 1997 by Dr. Bruce Maunder, whose research
discipline was Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The company focus is on developing technologies with the right partners and
forming spin-off companies that market or license the intellectual
property - or use it for proprietary manufacturing. These enterprises are
built around a large network of national and international contacts in
diverse technical, financial, industrial, marketing, and academic fields. Dr. Maunder
sits on the boards of a number of companies in addition to providing
consulting services to industry and universities. Recent
